In 50 minutes, I will have been married to this man for 45 years.  I don't know how I would get through life without him.  Thank you, Dick, for always being there for me.  Let's do another 45!!

New Class on Photomontages

So I'm in two classes at the same time.  I'm finishing up the first one in a couple weeks, but the Photomontage class started the first of June.   It's a Photoshop skill that requires blending two photos together to create real art.  I haven't been real successful to this point, but tonight I made a few I'm proud of.

The assignment was to take an old adding machine tape and blend it with a background that you had on hand.  I tried several, and thought these came out pretty well.  We'll see what the critique comes back.

This will eventually be a skill that leads to making some really artistic photomontages.

Boats kept piling in.  People in the dingys were coming into town for groceries and such.  I bet there were 30 dingys tied to the pier.  It's gotta cost about a thousand dollars to gas up one of these monsters.  And they just kept pouring in.  

This reminds me of a scene from Maine.

I'd love to go sailing some day.
